RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, House of Ika offers its customers the opportunity to return within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. If for any reason you change your mind, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt.  

RETURN CONDITION

The product(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, unlabeled, in its packaging and in a salable condition. If the product is returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you, prepaid. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the returns, all shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. House of Ika cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged. Please include your name, address, order number and return number on the shipping envelope to avoid delays in processing or your return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 To return your purchase, please follow the instructions below;

• Ensure that you return your purchase within 14-days of receipt.
• Products must be in original condition with the hygiene band on and in the original packaging with swing tags.

• Please send your return request to info@houseofika.com by adding your invoice along with the products you want to return.  

• You are advised to keep hold of any tracking numbers that is provided by your carrier.

• It is recommended that you keep all tracking numbers provided by the shipping company. You will receive your refund within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting House of Ika products. An email will be sent to confirm that your return has been processed. 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days from your order. Please email info@houseofika.com and include:

• Order number   
• Name, surname on which the order was placed  

• The e-mail address where the order was made  

• Your exchange request
