We offer free shipping for orders over 1000 TRY in Turkey. For international orders our shipping fee is 1250 TRY. Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping. 

House of IKA cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within the first business day following.
